Shirred waist paisley top. This was a sample of a sleeveless version of the bloom dress as a top. It features the same shirred waist and scoop neckline as the bloom dress, as well as a tie front neck which can be gathered more or less depending on your bust size. 

100% cotton deadstock fabric, machine washable 30C

best fit size 18/20. Flat bust measurement 23ins, waist 12-22ins
