Dream Dress

The Dream Dress is designed to be your ultimate wardrobe hero piece. I’ve spent almost six months refining the design so that it’s absolutely perfect: loose-fitting but not so oversized you feel like you’re drowning in it, long sleeves with elastic cuffs so you can push them up, easy to wear boat neckline, perfect for layering… and of course it has pockets!

I’ve been wearing mine non stop since I made it, because it’s just absolutely perfect for any time you want to feel pulled together but not overdressed. You can layer it up or down for every season, and the lightweight natural fabric means you can get a full-coverage look in summer without overheating.

• Boat neckline sits at your collarbones, perfect for layering
• Long sleeves with elasticated cuffs designed to be worn pushed up or long (perfect for when you don’t want your sleeves getting wet when you wash your hands!)
• Machine washable at 30C.
• Paisley fabric is a seersucker cotton sourced from a sustainable supplier in Japan which meets the Oeko-Tex certification for no harmful chemicals in production. The fabric dries really quickly and doesn’t need ironing. It also doesn’t get smelly or sweaty so is perfect for washing less which is more sustainable
• In the photos Bella (she/her) is 5 foot 7, size 18, and wearing size L.
• Slightly raised waistband designed to give you an elongated silhouette and hang comfortably whether you’re sitting or standing
• Made to order: please allow up to 3 weeks turnaround time for your order. This is a more sustainable method of production that allows me to offer a wider size range and creates less waste.

How to choose your size:

• Available in my new size range 3XS-4XL.
• Please check the size guide (in the product photos) to find your best size.
• Choose your size based on your full bust as this is where the dress is most fitted. If you are proportionally small in the bust (i.e. narrow ribs and flatter chest) you may wish to size down. If you are full busted (like me!) and in between sizes you may wish to size up.
• This is a loose fitting dress with a loose waist. The waist measurement is similar to the bust measurement so it fits all waist sizes and shapes.
• Midaxi length: 50 inches/127cm from side of neck to hem in size S (larger sizes slightly longer). If you would like the skirt shortened for a petite length, please drop me a note in the box at checkout and I will shorten it for you for free! Please note items that have been custom-sized are non-returnable and non-exchangeable so please measure your size carefully if you would like it shortened!
