Negroni Dress

The Negroni Dress is a short and spicy dress that packs a punch! I’ve been collecting beautiful pieces of deadstock designer fabric for over a year now, perfecting the design of this dress to make the absolute most of them!

This dress is designed to be oversized and stand away from the body in a dramatic sculptural shape, and the hem ruffle creates even more volume in the skirt and an even fuller shape. This isn’t a dress for wallflowers or shrinking violets, this is a dress for the girls who are always first on the dancefloor and last to leave it. For all the girls who relish the idea of getting dressed up because it’s the best way to spark joy, and for all the girls who want to be able to eat a big dinner and still look and feel fabulous!

Each dress is made from a different deadstock fabric and no two are alike! Please read below for how to choose your unique fabric!

• Keyhole back detail with velvet ribbon tie
• Oversized styling with no stretch. If you are in between sizes, size up as this dress is designed to be oversized.
• Bella (she/her) is 5 foot 7, size 18 and wearing size L.
• Charlotte (she/her) is 5 foot 9, size 6 and wearing size XS in the silver quilted wool.
• Raised waistline hits above the natural waist for an exaggerated silhouette.
• The bodice is fully lined in a coordinating cotton lawn fabric with all seams enclosed.
• Mini length. Total dress length approx 35-37ins. If you would like it shorter please drop me a message in the box at checkout and I can shorten it.
• HANDMADE TO ORDER: please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. This is a sustainable method of production that results in less waste and allows me to offer a wider size range.
• Each dress is made from a different deadstock fabric. I only have enough of each fabric to make one dress.
• HOW TO CHOOSE: Choose your colour and then choose your size. If your size is showing as sold out, that means the fabric is sold out and you will need to choose a different one. The dress illustrated is the same shape and design as your finished dress, but yours will be made in your own unique fabric.
• The silver quilted fabric contains wool fibres. All other dresses contain a mixture of cotton, polyester and silk fibres. These dresses are not guaranteed vegan as they may contain silk. Because these fabrics are deadstock, the precise percentage make up of each fabric is unknown.
• Some fabrics contain metallic fibres which may be tickly on the inside. If you find them tickly, I recommend wearing a little mini slip dress underneath so they don’t touch your skin, however as the bodice is lined I’ve personally found that I don’t get itchy wearing mine.
• ALL FABRICS ARE DRY CLEAN ONLY. Please do not machine wash these stunners! They need to be dry cleaned if they get dirty, although as they are a loose-fitting sleeveless design they hopefully won’t get too dirty or sweaty and you won’t need to dry clean them often.
